Cucumber-Mint Sandwiches

  • ¼ Cup Fresh mint
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Whole-grain mustard
  • 6 Slices Whole-wheat bread
  • 3 Inches Seedless cucumber
  • Salt

Directions:

Mince the mint, combine with honey and mustard. Spread mixture on the bread.
Slice cucumber thin and place on bread in a single layer. Salt lightly.
Cut off crusts and cut into triangles.
Serve with tea.
