- ¼ Cup Fresh mint
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Whole-grain mustard
- 6 Slices Whole-wheat bread
- 3 Inches Seedless cucumber
- Salt
Directions:
Mince the mint, combine with honey and mustard. Spread mixture on the bread.
Slice cucumber thin and place on bread in a single layer. Salt lightly.
Cut off crusts and cut into triangles.
Serve with tea.
